Enrol at Hillcrest Primary School

Hillcrest Primary School is a school without a local area intake. We accept enrolments based on proximity to the school and availability.  To be considered for enrolment at Hillcrest, you must complete the Enrolment for Part A. You will not be considered for a place until that has been submitted, after which you will be contacted regarding availability.

Enrolment for 2022: Kindergarten - Year 6

Please contact the school as soon as possible if you wish to enrol your student for 2022 at Hillcrest Primary School. We will consider applications for enrolment from students outside our local intake area.

Please complete the Application for Enrolment Form – Part A which will be considered by our Associate Principal and forward it to the school office together with copies of your child's Birth Certificate and MyGov Immunisation Records. We will also need to sight two forms of address identification such as a utility bill or current rental agreement. If you have any visa details, please send those as well.

Enrolment for 2023: Kindergarten & Pre-Primary

Kindergarten 2023 - children born between 1 July 2018 - 30 June 2019
Pre-Primary 2023 - children born between 1 July 2017 and 30 June 2018

Please complete Enrolment Form – Part A and forward it to the school office together with copies of your child's Birth Certificate and MyGov Immunisation Records. We will also need to sight two forms of address identification such as a utility bill or current rental agreement.

If you are unable to print these documents, please come to the office (8:15am – 3:15pm) where we have printed copies available. Enrolments for Kindy close on July 22, 2022.

Enrolment for 2023: Year 1 - Year 6

If you intend to move to Hillcrest Primary School for the start of 2023, we would appreciate as early notification as possible to allow for class planning. School administration closes on Thursday, 15 December 2022 for Christmas holidays. If it is during the school holiday period, please contact the school by email.

Please complete Enrolment Form – Part A and forward it to the school office together with copies of your child's Birth Certificate and MyGov Immunisation Records. We will also need to sight two forms of address identification such as a utility bill or current rental agreement if you have them.
