If your child has a medical condition, please make sure the front office is aware. The health care summary needs to be completed for any student with a medical condition, such as asthma, allergies, anaphylaxis or epilepsy.

If you child requires medication at school, please compete the medication for a short term basis form and bring it to the front office with the required medication.

If your child is sick, we ask you to keep them home. If they are at school and we are concerned that they are not well, parents will be contacted to pick them up early.

Parents should notify the school if their child is absent on the day or as soon after as is practicable.
